OR if you are just running the single game? single?......means no add on, or DLC. aka, anchorage, Broken steel, The Pitt, Point lookout, Zeta add on DLC's. could be a language problems so I laid out the table here for you. If your in a quest, can you look in the pip boy Quest thing and tell us?If you have a mod installed that changes things at that location? this is why the load order question was put to you.
