Missing aliases in sqv

Adding some more aliases to one of my quests and they weren't filling. When I went to check them using sqv, it said there were 13 aliases total when there are actually 17? Unsure what's going on

I tried from a clean save, a new start, and using stopquest/startquest, none did anything different

EDIT: if it makes any difference the new aliases are the create type ref in a pre-existing alias

EDIT 2: Figured it out, it was my mistake. If you use M8R's Complex Sorter, be sure you regenerate the patch again after modifying your mods T.T
