Can Beware the Wrath of Caesar be undone with this mod?

Hi there,

 

I somehow completed (or failed) Beware the Wrath of Caesar when I was playing on my Legion character.

 

I've used the setally and setreputation commands to get them friendly again so that's not the issue. I downloaded this mod to see if it could help - Link. I realise the author says that it cannot be used after failing one of the quests but this is where I hope one of you can help me.

I've tried (after installing this) to reset Beware the Wrath and Render Unto Caesar to get them back to point zero. I then set the quest stage for Render unto Caesar to 2 (Talk to Caesar). The quest initiates and then instantly fails, once again making the Legion hostile towards me.

 

Is there any way I could use console commands or even the GECK (I am quite inexperienced with it) to get the Render Unto Caesar quest back without it instantly failing?

 

I realise this is a big ask so any help at all would be very very much appreciated!!

Edit - Oh and I've gone back about 30 hours of gameplay and it is still failed then so I don't think a previous save would do the trick :sad:

 

Edit- Just a thought, Would using "StartConversation Player, " on Caesar work in any way? And if so, does anyone know the topic name or how to get it?
