Saxxon91
Basically, my mod has a lot of voice acting and I need to turn the WAV files into OGG otherwise the file size will be massive. I've been looking around for a program to use and most of the ones I can find seem kind of sketchy so I'm wary of using them. I used to have a good one but I've since got a new computer and I don't remember what it was called.Does anyone have any recommendations on what to use? rickerhk
Audacity does that and more. And it's free. http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
Saxxon91
I use audacity at the moment for editing, is it possible to convert more than one file at the same time? I really need something that can convert them in batches.
rickerhk
Yes. Open Audacity first. Then shift-select the tracks in windows explorer and drag them to the audacity window. Then select them in audacity and 'export multiple'. The only downside is you have a mouse click for each one after that, but I usually do 60 at a time and click fast :p If you try to do up near 100 or more at once then the program will crash. luthienanarion
+1 for Audacity. I use it for all of my Fallout audio editing when converting to .WAV in order to generate .LIP files.
