Nataba64
At the 1:05:08 mark [ https://youtu.be/igpPobyAJSc?t=3906 ] in Wendigoon's The Walking Dead Iceberg Explained video, he states that viewers/readers have estimated that only apx. 382,000 people are left alive on all of the earth. I wonder if it would be possible to take a mod like Empty Sandbox [ https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/51031 ] and then add back some life, but not very much at all. Maybe only a very, very few raider groups and maybe leave the civilized areas (Goodneighbor, Diamond City, et. al but with most quest givers eliminated) and random encounters left in. Allow settlers to be recruited as well. The world should be incredibly empty otherwise. Combining this with something like Zombie Walkers [ https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/20485 ] would allow users to create the ultimate Rick Larp experience. Combining with something like Damn Apocalypse or Horizon would create a uniquely isolated experience, but still allow for some trade options via civilized areas. Basically a mod with about 5% of enemies remaining, few if no settlers pre-existing, no quests or factions but animals still around. Thank you for your time, and if something like this already exists then please, please point me to it. Thanks!

Nataba64
It tried your mod and it is really awesome! I paired it with your "replace any actor with any actor" mod and they are exactly what I was looking for! Thank you SKK50! I really appreciate your work! (VWT is a fantastic mod to btw). Thanks!
