African Head Issue + mods

Hey guys, whenever I run any combination (or run either of these solo) of Marts Mutant Mod - BETA 4, or Fallout 3 Balance Overhaul, or FOOK - FallOut 3 Overhaul Kit v1_41, I get a peculiar issue. I noticed that when i started a new game, with these running (in any combination), any African NPC I see will have a Caucasian head, now is this issue normal? I'd like to run these mods, but this issue is a immersion breaker, if anyone knows a fix, like some .esp to load at the end to reset the african heads to african. I hope to hear back from someone soon

 

FYI - I'm running the latest versions available on the fallout3nexus website for all the mods mentioned

*REQUESTING A MODERATOR TO EDIT MY TOPIC NAME TO SAY THAT THIS IS A POSSIBLE FIX TO THIS ISSUE*

 

I did some googling and found that someone else had a line in the fallout.ini saying

 

bLoadFaceGenHeadEGTFiles=1

 

so I added it, saved it, reloaded all my addons and POW! it worked, heres a screenshot of the aftereffect

 

 

 

Normally you'd see his hand also being dark skinned, but I'm using the mod that makes the lame Pipboy glove go away, and use the armor's glvoe instead, making it look more natural

 

I hope this helps anyones else who runs into this problem, Happy Post-apocalyptic Hunting guys! :thumbsup:
