Car Hitpoints and Explosive Radius?

I remember there being a mod for fo3 which increased the car hit points. I am trying to find that or possibly something similar with the car hit points increased (to at least use for cover) and explosion radius of cars tweaked down so its not ridiculously huge like i am getting (NVEC and PN Installed)

 

Or perhaps if some kind person can give me some insight into tweeking this my self in geck that would be fantastic!! :)

In the Object Window, go to World Objects > Moveable Static. Open Car01 and click on Edit Destruction Data. There you can increase the car's "health" (or how much damage it could take before exploding). Do the same with Car02, Car03, etc.

Thank you jazzis for helping me, i probably should have mentioned i was using TTW (not sure if it matters)

 

I went into the destruction data for cars and well i changed the health of the cars/trucks and such to have a lot of health and nothing changed in game after the esp was created :|

 

They almost blow up instantly after a few shots lol
