So what console cheats do you use?

Iam sometimes forced to use the tcl command becouse of clipping iusses with lanscape mods ;) i also use the race menu command cos i sometimes like to change the hairstyle of my chars

Those commands aren't actual cheats. If you get stuck in a rock and can't get out or want a haircut, well that's nothing.

 

 

I do wonder why the OP mentioned his character build in one thread, and then proceeded to tell everyone he artificially creates his character in the console. :blink:

I use the console to test my mods or to fix issues where my character may get stuck, but I don't use it or any mods for the purpose of cheating. I'm not against it as everyone has the right to play their game the way they want, but for me it would only lessen the playing experience. I like to make my games as difficult as possible not easier :D

I'm in that camp that dislikes cheating for the lack of challenge etc... if anything, I 'cheat' to make things harder for myself, or otherwise handicap myself... (Sort of... oh, my blade skill hit 100... time to find myself a mace then, I guess, that's only at 15...)

 

Mod-wise, I favour mostly the environmental and immersive modifications and fixes, things to make the game prettier, more interesting and more realistic etc. (though, I admit, I use Hydro-clarity, and tell myself that moogles can see perfectly well underwater as my excuse...) I won't use any weapon or armour mods that have values higher than the best non-unique gear, or if i do, I tweak them back to those levels (A daedric katanna mod, for example, the katanna itself was a point stronger than the best daedric one-handed blade weapon available in core game, so I tweaked it down).

 

The one real 'Cheat' in mechanic terms, is that I play a moogle character using MogMod (though I'm thinking of changing to Real Moogles, as it looks very promising indeed), and as a result I can fly in exteriors... rather unintended, but I live with myself, heheh,
