DLC Improvement Kit causing Fallout to crash

Hi everyone, I couldn't find anything related to this with the search-function, so here's my problem.

I have installed Fallout 3, also installed the patches up to V1.7, then installed a blood-patch from bloodpatches.org (basically just a different .exe and a slightly modified default.ini, always worked fine), then installed all DLCs excluding Mothership Zeta (I do not own it). (Note that after each change to the game I always checked, if the game would start properly.) Then the newest version of FOOK 2, the V1.2 Beta and the hotfix.

Finally, I installed FOMM (newest version) and sorted the load order according to the readme-file, which is as follows:

Fallout3.esm

Anchorage.esm

ThePitt.esm

BrokenSteel.esm

PointLookout.esm

CALIBR.esm

FOOK2 - Main.ESM

FOOK2 - [DIK] DLC Improvement Kit.ESM

FOOK2 - Main.esp

FOOK2 - [DIK] DLC Improvement Kit.esp

FOOK2 - Main [Hotfix].esp

FOOK2 - DIK [Hotfix].esp

After this, I started the game again and upon loading the intro-screen, the game crashed. After a short while of screwing around I found out that if I disable everything related to the DIK-mod, the game works (Well, Colin Moriarty is missing his clothes, but nevermind...)

I also installed FOSE, but the problem remains. I don't really know if I need this mod, since I couldn't really find out, what it actually does. But since it is included in the FOOK 2-package, it would be nice if it worked.

So does anyone have an idea, why I am having this problem? Any help would be very nice, I have absolutely no modding-experience

PS: My system is capable of running FO3 with mods, FOOK2 did actually run two years ago, when i last played FO3...
