ichigo222 Posted September 9, 2013 Share Posted September 9, 2013 I found an empty water bucket in the center of riften (near the well). after I take, if we open inventory, the item is in a group of weapons. if we choose as a weapon, a new menu appears with the title water collector: select items to create .... what does this mean?
