Not absorbing dragon souls

I cannot absorb dragon souls on skyrim, I do not have the unofficial update so I already know that is not conflicting with anything, please help

Have you organised your load order via BOSS and then run it through Tes5edit?

Do you have a papyrus log during/after a dragon death?

 

Did you uninstall any dragon combat overhauls or Deadly dragons?
