Really working No water/ocean mod

Hello. i like to build settlements and using the Conquest mod, i can put 10 new settlements where i want.

Well, the Conquest mod don't work every time, if i put a workshop at a interior, like Gunners Plaza and some others places.

 

So at my previous game, i find at the ocean, east, some floating structures, put a workshop and start build on the water. The settlers don't step at the pieces, but they prefer to swim under the pieces.

 

So what i ask, if someone can build a mod for the latest version of the mod, that ..erase.. the ocean, for Commonwealth and Far Harbor map, so i can walk and build where i want.
