menu load mods skyrim vr

I do not have access to the menu load and save (greyed out) of skyrim vr (stream)

 

my modifs

1. i Open “SkyrimPrefs.ini” with Notepad
2. Scroll to the bottom and add [Launcher]. Go down a line and add bEnableFileSelection=1

nothing more
