[Mod Request] Simply Unlock Grappling Hook upon starting up new game, continuing game, or loading game.

A simple mod that has a line of code saying: "The player is now in game, unlock the ability to use the grappling hook and make it upgradable"

 

I literally got past the blow up the GIANT PK WINDMILL only by using Wemods Save Location / Teleport Location cheats. It would of been SO much simpler to of grappling hooked up to the viable spots and climbed from there. Even with the shortcut the game provides of blowing it up the first time (hole in the defenses from bent metal), I couldn't succeed within the 2 minute mark without blowing myself up, mainly cause the windmill moves SOOOO slow... Literal agony till I realized: "Wait... I can teleport as long as I get myself high enough in the first place..."
