no it's not possible. achievements are part of LIVE. changing anything in LIVE is against Microsoft's code of conduct and they will ban your account till the year 9999 and sometimes take legal action.

And regardless the GECK can't touch the game engine where LIVE is located.

And more than that if you don't have broadband then why do you care since that means you most likely don't have a 360 and the only point of achievements is being able to show them to other people which requires the internet.

and i'm pretty sure your wrong about it requiring broadband to activate LIVE. to play online maybe but to activate it any internet connection should do.

*EDIT* just checked again and yes you do need a high speed. Well sorry to say but that sucks for you. unless you can use LIVE your not getting any achievements.

and i hate to say it dude but it's 2009. i'm going to assume your using 56k and that being the case, for the love of god upgrade. even if it's to some shitty company for $20 a month it'll be better and you'll be able to play stuff online too.

I used to live in an area which couldnt get broadband so 56k was the only option.. plus the service I was on would charge me more because I was on 56k, isnt that kind of them : D.

Using the AddAchievement function, you should be able to attain all available achievements "manually", but you can't apply them to your GFWL account without being logged into it at the time.

If you're playing on PC, then surely you realise that achievements aren't at all important, right? Given that they can be easily attained via AddAchievement on the PC version of Fallout 3, they are even more meaningless than on the console versions of Fallout 3.
