Really Simple Srmour Mod

Okay, could someone please enchant a leather curiass so that it has;

 

Fortify Health 115pts

Fortify Magicka 115pts

Frost Shield 50%

Fire Shield 50%

Resist Normal Weapons 30%

 

And could it please be renamed Alyss' Curiass and be in a chest in The Best Defense Shop in the Imperial City.

 

This mod is for my own personal use so you don't have to release it with a big description, just put it on TesNexus for me please.
