Fallout 4: Installer reported error

I'm trying to reinstall mods on a completely fresh install. Some mods return an error: "Installer Prerequisits not Fulfilled: File 'fallout4.esm' is Active. I had everything up and running fine earlier today but am now stuck. Ironically the game still launches fine but I cannot access my save due to missing mods. Seems like a pretty generic if strange problem but I can't find/figure out the solution. Please help.

reinstall all the mods your game is saying are missing

And just ignore the mods that fail to install? prob will CTD if i touch my save without the full mod list installed and may corrupt the save unless I'm mistaken.

if you've removed mods (you have) then that save is already toast.

FYI I reinstalled vortex 1.4.7 and was able to reinstall the problematic mods before updating to the beta 1.5.2 and reinstalling the rest of the mods in the StoryWealth collection I'm using. Game is running fine, save for a few mods of that collection that never seemed to work properly. Specifically EasyGirl clothing and the Classc Holstered Weapons off the top of my head.
