Object replacing via script

So, I wanted to replace the chemistry set at doc Mitchell house and its static version with a brand new activator of my own. I know I could use search&replace for an easy job but that wouldn't solve the issue if some other mods reintroduce these objects. Pretty sure there's gotta be a function in NVSE or some plugin to do this, but it would really save me time if someone gave me a clue about how.

 

Or maybe I'm just tripping and there's no other way. In any case, advise is welcomed.
