Very basic question, reinstall a mod.

Disable then enable doesn't do that for me when a mod has a built-in step by step to start over. How's the way to go for that?

disable/enable simply disable or enable.

to reinstall you choose the cryptically named "reinstall" option.

Ahh reinstall, I always got scared about that with the "You want two of these". Thanks man. So If I leave it blank and not the 2 option, I won't have two companions running around.

Vortex will give you the option of making the reinstall a new variation, so other profiles for that mod are not affected.

For me, for every reinstall I have done, I chose replace in all profiles.
