How do I reorder mods, and how are mods loaded on PC?

Yep, pretty much that title sums it up. I'm incredibly new to modding on Pc, I just transferred over from Xbox/Console modding. Pic attached is the load order so far. Help is appreciated!

Don't worry about load order for now. Just let Vortex and it's included Loot handle it.

I have some 4,000 hours in modded Skyrim, hundreds of mods, and have never felt the need to order my mods manually.
