RDR2 mod request

I wonder if it would be possible to get the random events have a infinite effect.

Whenever we encounter the random events/encounters they tend not to come back anymore.

However the random encounters is what made RDR2 feel so alive right?

Maybe there is even a possibility to let certain random encounters spawn on different places?
