HahaIKilledYou123412
Okay so heres the deal, i start up TESCS and make a new weapon (yippee) and then i give it a VANILLA .nif file and put it in my game, thing is.. IT DOESNT SHOW UP? One particular one is my Apple Arrow, I give an arrow the Apple01.nif file and im like "yay now i can throw apples at people" WRONG, my apple doesnt show up, and it just stays there on my back... Any way i can stop this from happening? i want to fling apples at people. PLEASE REPLY QUICKLY. :wallbash: :wallbash:
Unavi
you can't just use the original apple01.nif for the arrow. It has not the same specifics like the arrows have. The easiest thing to do, is to open an arrow vanilla nif and replace only the model with the model of the apple and then save it as an new Applearrow nif. This should work but i'm not 100% sure, becouse i never acctualy tried. as for the first problem: no idea xD rather that adding a new weapon, edit an existing one (edit the value of the damage, health etc. but be sure to change the ID and the name)

AzirAphale001
To make a claymore one-handed you need to open the nif file and set 'NiStringExtraData' to Side Weapon.
