first time installing this, and yet doesn't work.

 

I got simplemenu and CET downloaded, all the same versions, and yet nothing shows up when i open my game up, I'm even trying to change the LUA key binding, but the notepad doesn't specify where I should add the new hotkey letter to.

There's no tutorial or whatsoever help that goes in depth about if the menu doesnt appear when you start the game up, then how the hell are you suppose to open up the console?

Also I am running game version 1.31, which one do I have to download that is the right version for my CET and my game?
