Mod Request: Grant enemies additional abilities, attributes, gear (more cyberpsychos)

I feel that mods along the lines of "AI Netrunners Enhanced" as well as "Lifepath Bonuses and Gang-Corp Traits" improve CP2077 in an incredible manner, especially so for the harder difficulties. Seeing how awesome these mods are, it leaves me wondering if it would be possible to further enhance or specialize various enemies, such as giving them better gear, access to some of V's abilities or attribute buffs, or even some of the skills and techniques (or mechs) that the cyberpsychos have access to.

 

Something tells me even the last bit would be far more complicated than simply pasting over the cyberpsycho code or duplicating their events, and seeing no mods that up the presence of cyberpsychos more or less confirms this thought. Nevertheless, we have some extremely talented people in this community, so I can't just rule this possibility out just yet.
