Laser Pistol iron sights glitch

I can't get the Laser Weapons Iron Sights mod https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/70790?tab=description to work due to this glitched out iron sight that installed even though I don't even know where it came from. Since I can't seem to post a picture (for another reason I cannot discern here's the link to said issue: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/FMNgTbwXEAkfa2_?format=jpg&name=medium

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I haven't modded in over 3 years so I don't have a clue how to solve this.

Welp, I fixed it. WMIM was the culprit now I have to find a substitute for it. :/
