Surrender and arrested animation/scene

Hey Nexus Modders,

hope you are doing well and stay healthy. I want to ask from 0 to 10 how possible is it to create a mod where you can get arrested with 1 or 2 stars and get punished by lets say losing all cyberware? Maybe also with an animation if it does exist in game. Casue I see some npcs arrested and handcuffed I thought maybe its possible to do a mod out of it. 1 - possible, 10 - impossible.
