doggydoo
I'm using latest version of FOMM 0.9.12 but the load order keeps scrambling. Nonsensically so. It isn't nonsensical... it has a load order it prefers for some reason and always sets itself to that. I painstakingly drag and drop the files but they won't stay in order. When I use alt key plus an arrow fomm says that the fallout.esm is being used somewhere else. Any advice would be appreciated. Edit: i've tried .net update. And i read somewhere that running the program as an administrator could fix this. I use windows XP 64. I right click on the FOmm launcher, select run as, then i select administrator and enter password, but still no positive results.

For the life of me I have no idea how it got fixed but it did. Microsoft just autodownloaded something to my computer after I intentionally updated .NET. I guess it was my windows acting funny.
