Failing to Load

I have come across a bit of a loading problem in Skyrim. I start skyrim either by SKSE or the launcher. So far so good.

 

Bethseda logo and sounds start. Good

 

When the dragon logo appears the menu does not appear and that's it.

 

Thoughs and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Does it crash or just no menu appears?

something in your mod list might be out of order or you're missing a mod dependency.
