Neurolepticer has received a formal warning. This user has now received 1 formal warnings. The warning was given for the following reason:

 

Upload of a mod containing files by another author without the original author's permission

The uploader was given opportunity to remove the pertaining files or to provide the original author's permission.
The user instead claimed that “everything in this mod was created” by them (via the file reporting system).

This assertion has been considered as being false for the following reason:

The pertaining files contained in the archive (qUINT\Colorspaces.fxh, Global.fxh, Whitebalance.fxh and qUINT_regrade.fx) are under copyright by Pascal Gilcher prohibiting any redistribution.
