About XP32 Skeleton Can't save settings

I tried to change the position of the one-handed sword and dagger to the back and hip. At that time, after each change, I could play normally without any problem.

But once I saved and then loaded the saves again, the xp32 settings automatically reset.

My plugins are latest, skse 2.1.5 (game version 1.6.353), I checked the relevant plugins installed and they all seem to be fine.

Unfortunately, there's currently no fix for this issue, if you're playing AE (1.6.353). AFAIK, the basic skeleton works, but not the additional features.

 

That's exactly what the most comprehensive overwiew of mods working or not working in AE says: "Skeleton works" (meaning: "but not the rest").

 

Since the original author of XPMSSE retired from modding and left the mod with open permissions though, there's hope someone might update XPMSSE in the future.

 

Right now I'm afraid we have to live with the inconvenience. A lot of other animation mods (in fact almost all of them) work, so maybe you could find an alternative.

I also probably guessed the reason for the question. Indeed the skeleton works fine for now, except for the weapon positioning.

But I found that there doesn't seem to be any other mods that can do equipment positioning. Most similar mods just show the weapon and do not work with the animation.

 

The author of Setting Loader - MaskedRPGFan, he proposed the idea of a mod patch that could be made to automatically load the settings, and I hope to have the opportunity to see this helpful mod in the future. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/56146?tab=posts
