Plasma_Wolf Posted September 13, 2013 Share Posted September 13, 2013 As in the title, I assume I don't have to tell anyone how insanely annoying it is to have the two essential characters from the main quest attacking me for no reason at all. Here's what happened. I fast travelled to karthspire, kill all Forsworn and a dragon without any problems and both characters are still happily talking to me. We go inside, kill the two remaining Forsworn, cross the bridge after turning some pillars, cross another bridge after pulling some chain. Then Esbern tells me about the blood well, I open the path to Sky Haven Temple and at that point there are still no issues whatsoever. I enter Sky Haven Temple and suddenly both attack me. If I enter with the dog (Meeko), only Delphine attacks and she only attacks Meeko. If I enter without the dog (told him to wait at the karthspire side of the door), then she attacks me and Esbern attacks me as well. My question now is: how do I get them to stop. Killing them is impossible because (a) they're essential and (b) I need them for the main quest. Using the console command "stopcombat" also won't work because they immediately begin attacking me again. I was hoping I could be able to go through the quest without using the console command for quest completion, but searching online hasn't helped me with console commands. Does anyone have an idea (and can someone please tell me why the hell these two idiots suddenly decide to fight me?)
