I'm a complete noob at this (any instructions are really for a person I know who is helping me, who unlike myself is technically proficient but unfamiliar with advanced modding practices), but its my understanding that the steam format somehow complicates the process.um, its also my understanding that converting such mods for strictly personal use is both legal and related discussions allowed by the code of conduct-if I am in any way mistaken on that front, I apologize and withdraw the question.
