Hair partially covering the eye - Eye turns pitch black.

I want to fix this somehow.

I know there is a fault with the hairstyle I want to use which I assume I can edit with the Creation Kit or something.

I have an issue where one hair that looks the same as the hair I want to use, but that sits a bit too high. The other hair I want to use has a small placement adjustment and sits much better on the head.

The issue is that the latter is turning the eye on the left black whenever hair covers it, while the first hair that looks exactly the same does not turn the eye black when hair covers it.

I have provided screenshots for this so pay close attention to the eye on the left side of the screenshot that is partially covered by the hair.

#1: This is not the same hair as the other two screenshots, but that doesn't have the "Black Eye" issue I am experiencing as you can still partially see the white in the left eye when the hair covers it.

#2: This is a different hairstyle than #1, one that shows the issue in question. The pitch black eye that appears when covered by the hair.

#3: This one shows the black eye bug, partially covered. You can clearly see how the invisible outline of the hair causes the eye behind the hair to turn partially pitch black.

Update:
After peeking around with the CK for a little bit, I have realized that I can't fix this using the CK as it seems the difference lies in the hairline of both models, in other words the .nif file itself.

I hardly have any to little experience with nifscope or other 3D animation programs capable of editing nif files to be able to solve this issue on my own.
