A keyblade based on Eepic Battle Fantasys 1's Devils Sunrise.

 

Upon the first form change you get Rage Form

Lv 2 formchange: Rage Form (X2 Damage)

Lv 3 formchange: (Rage Form X3 Damage, aka, maxed out.)

 

It accumulates form changes based on the amount of combos you do, and even gains levels somewhat faster if you take damage. A rage-styled keyblade that basically lets you make Sora tap into his dark form for an advantage, and holding out on using the formchange is rewarded with max damage rage form.
