Reason:

This ban is being issued for sending threats to our support email and a general display of insulting and erratic behaviour.

 

This seems to all have started with you becoming disproportionately frustrated over an informal warning given to you for vigilantism. Instead of posting publicly and implying a user does not own their assets, you should have filed a report providing as much evidence as possible. Mod authors are not required to provide you with “legal documentation” to prove their assets belong to them. Proof is only necessary if there is an active dispute and is then usually provided to the moderators or staff investigating such a dispute.

 

That being said, contrary to what you seem to believe, that warning does not mean we side with the accused, it simply means that you neglected using the proper reporting channels.

 

You then proceeded to complain about your informal warning via email, asking for it to be removed. Staff reviewed the warning and found that there was no grounds for a removal of the informal warning. It was also explained to you that an informal warning is merely an internal reference for staff with no restrictions to your account.

 

You remained adamant that you would not check the box acknowledging the informal warning, which is entirely your prerogative, even though it effectively blocks you from using the site, and you asked to speak to the site owner directly, who then responded to you, again, reaffirming that the informal warning will stand.

 

Instead of communicating reasonably throughout, you included vague and, frankly, confusing threats mentioning “your associates” and your status as “an influencer” in the community, accusing us of a smear campaign against you (to reiterate, this is over an informal warning).

 

Seemingly frustrated with our stance, you then started demanding a receipt for the donation points you have donated to charity “with timestamps” and “for tax purposes”. It was then explained to you that donation points (DP) can be allocated by users to charity, but the actual donation is then carried out by us. DP are not a real currency, they have no value outside of our system and you won’t be able to get tax deductions based on allocations of DP as you seem to think

 

In the same email chain you then started to imply that we are not being honest with where the DP allocated to charity are going, insinuating that we keep the money. Let me highlight how ridiculous that is by pointing out that we so far funded the mod rewards system with over $1,500,000 of our own money - so, you’re implying we’re essentially stealing a small fraction of our own money.

 

Since this all happened, you’ve also started harassing us via our social media platforms, accusing us of criminal activity - which, although shocking, I am just including for the sake of being thorough. As this is off-site behaviour, we are not factoring it in for your ban, but regardless your on-site/email conduct leaves us no choice but to ban you from our site.

 

When you have calmed down, are ready to apologise and move on, then so are we. Until then the ban will remain in place.
