Can't adopt/child not going to my home

I finally finished my house so I wanted to adopt a kid. I picked Blaise. So the convo went the normal way and I went home expecting him to be there...not so. So I went back and he was still at that farm, I waited a whole day and he was still at the farm. I can't talk to him anymore, the game doesn't give me a menu for that. I bump into him and he says the usual "let me get my things and i'll meet you at home" he never comes home.

 

So I thought I would adopt that girl running around in Whiterun, I tell her I could adopt her and the menu closes and she says mhmm. I can talk to her again but it won't actually bring up the option to say yes to adopting her.

 

I have quite a few mods but only one I know of that edits children. Here's my mod list. Maybe one of you can see if theres a mod in there that would bug up the kids.

Also might or might not be related but I'm having some Hearthfire house building issues. Like the build menu's showing me I can build items I all ready made or not showing me anything at all. Or when I go to remove workbenches I don't get the option...only an option to build a small house which I all ready did so...?

 

Is Hearthfire messing up not only adoption but building as well?

Because I have the same problem,

honestly, I think it's my save the problem, and that because I try to adopt a child and send it directly into a custom house.

I think I must find the old save, but at that time, I had not defeted Alduin, either Miraak, and now, there is so much way accomplished, I don't want to loose everything, I do better to begin a new save, for the 5th tor 7th time.

 

So please, if you know how to stop this problem...
