CTD when saving

So I have a problem where I CTD whenever I save, regardless if it's a quicksave or hardsave. My game was running fine until I installed the Jessi companion mod. I've run Boss to sort my load order and it hasn't fixed the issue.

Do you have D3D9.dll installed in your Fo3 main folder? If not get it. I had a problem where on Windows 8 it saved the game but would minimise and crash and with CASM this became very annoying.
