Weird arrow shooting problem

I am trying to be an archer, but almost every time I get ready to fire an arrow, it prematurely fires a weak arrow that goes in a small arc and hits the ground right in front of me. If anyone knows the problem, I would be grateful. Also, I don't use any Steam mods. Here is my mod list...

It's better if you replace that mod list of a BOSS log and enclose it in a spoiler tag. Same for the list of plugins not recognized by BOSS if one is generated. Have you made any edits to the game ini files regarding aiming? Have you tested this with every different bows and arrows?

If you use the long bow mod, that adds long bows in the game this can happen with the eagle eye perk. I do believe not, 100% but I had this problem got rid of the mod, and haven't really used a bow since.
