Mod to remove the high-pitched sound when you move the mouse

hello i have a question, I hate the high-pitched sound when you move the mouse in the text menus for exemple, a way to remove this high-pitched sound?

I've been able to reduce the noise with the SFX Volume control, but that also removes all the other sounds

I pay 15 dollars if you create this mod

 

ps: the mod "Mute the sound" no delete this sound
