wampirek2214
Hello, it's pretty unusual for me to make this kind of request because I normally do it myself if I have the ability, but I don't know how to tweak and code the game. While playing a game, I always felt that the enemy was much larger than me even if they were humans like my character, so I wondered if it is possible to downscale the enemy to be closer to the player, I know that FromSoftware made it that way in order to have a better view of the enemy, but it just doesn't feel immersive to me. Maybe somebody will be able to do it or maybe there is a way I could do it on my own, and if so, I am happy to read what kind of tools I need to start and I hope it will not be too difficult. I can imagine that there are no editors for Elden Ring, sorry about my English Edit: Can I achieve my goal by editing regulation.bin? liberator369
I would think you could in the regulations.bin Maybe under the NPCParam but I am not sure. It still has a lot of unknown values and since I am not aware of any enemies that use the same model at different sizes it is hard to determine if one of the unknowns is a scale value
wampirek2214
Thank you for your response, i will look into regulations.bin. Another thing, possibly is a dump question, but I want to be certain. I will copy regulation.bin for security if I mess up, does anyone know if there are other files I need to back up? wampirek2214
Once again, hello to all, I have been trying to change some parametets on Yapped (capsule height from 1.9 to 1.5 and Chr capsule height from 1.9 to 1.5) but so far it doesnt seem to have any effect in game or maybe I just put it in the wrong place, im using the mod engine 2 to make work mods, so I have put my modified regulations.bin into the mod folder of the mod engine 2, maybe i'm doing something wrong. Does anybody know what parameters I should look at to change size model and collision? Thank you for your attention.
