Two small but odd issues

So neither of these are game breaking, just a bit annoying, mainly because I'm not sure why they are occurring. Curious if anyone has experienced anything similar.

 

(1) The loading screen images and on the title page are showing black silhouettes of the image rather than the actual colored texture image. I've tried deleting the video cache and turning off the enb shade cache and the driver cache, but hasn't helped. In-game meshes and textures display fine.

 

(2) The first save I load gives the "The save file is corrupt and cannot be opened" message, but if I load that same save again, it loads up fine. It's consistent, and I have Engine Fixes MaxStdio set to 8192.

 

I have a feeling (1) may be enb related, but so far It's a mystery.
