Red wizard cloak for Elves

Apparently elves can not use red wizard cloak. If you costumize your armor appearance in toolset and assign it red wizard cloak (cloak variation 9), it won't show in game.

 

Now my guess is that it is because one of requirements for red wizard class is being a human, meaning it will show only on human sized NPC's. I later tested this and it did show on all human and human like races, except elves of course.

 

Now im wondering if there is anyone here who would know how to change this? I would very much appreciate it! =)
