I would like a home that is similar to most of the homes I see where they overlook Skyrim from a hilltop on one side but on the other side I would like to see something different. I would like to have a beach on the side not overlooking Skyrim. Also it must have a pool and hot tub, balconies on both sides, companion compatible, spouse compatible and more modern in design. I would do it myself but I don't know the first thing about making a mob for games like Skyrim or Fallout NV. If any one can give me some leads maybe I can learn how to do this.
