as why would someone make a whole server for online petitions?

cause there is demand and it creates revenue...

Exactly. I've seen many complaints about the DLC on the forums and I'm not very happy myself, so I try this. It might work, or it might not, I'm just trying.

Why make a whole server for petitions?

I think a more pertinent question is why make a whole server for 2girls1cup.

It's the internet, people dedicate servers to all kinds of worthless crap.

I'm not saying make letters, or use a real petition, I'm saying just boycott them.

I got an idea, do like the guys in Bethesda, and get a JOB!

In the grand scheme of things £8/$10 is nothing.

I paid about that to see "The Knowing", and that was a big waste. DLC lasts about 4 hours or so, costs about as much as a film to see (give or take). If its too much money for you, get a job.

What do you mean? Like, just not buying it?

That's even harder, you know. Even if everyone who would be angry about DLC wouldn't buy it, there's still the huge amount of casual players who would pay $20 for this.

Indeed, it isn't a very large amount of money.

Indeed, casual players will continue to buy it. Whether you petition or boycott, casual players will shell out the bucks for the DLC. So why should Bethesda change what works for them?

You've realized the pointlessness! Congratulations.

BUT if more hardcore players would enjou the DLC, they would encourage theit friends to buy them too, which makes about an equal amount of money for Bethesda Softworks, plus more customers.

And what the heck if this is pointless, I've got too much spare time anyway ;).
