Window emittance and waiting

Recommended Posts

Noticed a small issue in my new mod. I have my INT windows using the fxsunlight emittance. Works as intended. They are bright during daylight hours and dull at night.

However, if I wait/sleep in the cell beyond the change threshold (6am/6pm) the windows will continue to emit day/night when they should be emitting the next in cycle. If I wait through the change threshold they get stuck basically. Even leaving the cell does not rectify the issue. Unloading the cell does however (as in, FT to a far off cell and then back again).

If I sit and watch the windows during the change all is as intended. If I leave the cell during daylight hours, speed up time by waiting for darkness, then re enter the cell, all is as expected. It is just waiting / sleeping in the cell through the change threshold that is a problem. And only in my interior. I have external emittance on my EXT windows and they DO change whilst waiting in front of them, although I am using invertwindowwhiterundaynight (?) on those.

Anyone experienced this? Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

EDIT* Further testing reveals that it seems to be FXLightRegionSunlight that is the issue. Using FXLightRegionSunlightWhite does not seem to have this problem. Which is annoying because I prefer the tint of the former. Guess I will either have to eat this or use a conroller script to enable/disable window panes! Sort of defeats the purpose of emittance, but there you go.
