Deleting Quest Dialogue vs. Using Blank Audio File

This is more of a question regarding "best practices" I suppose, but is there a preferred option here? I have been using Silent harvesting for quite some time, this mod replaces the Sound .fuz files with blank ones for the "This seems to be growing well" voice line that is spammed when harvesting crops. Having found the dialogue line in the "Workshop Parent" quest, what would be the risk of creating a patch that deletes this entry? I see it is associated with a quest alias with a condition check, but not referred to outside of the "Workshop Parent". I'm very leary of messing with base game quests in general, but am working to lessen the loose files from my load order.

tldr: what are the risks of deleting (or somehow otherwise disabling) dialogue from base game quests?
