Is it possible to look like NPC in Elden Ring?

I did not touch previous DS mods and don't honestly know what is possible, but asking this; would it be possible to port NPC models/heads so PC would like it? Especially Ranni's doll face is very nice, compared to these monsters game sliders allow us to make. Never seen a really good looking char in Souls games, this follows the same path (with being marginally better tho).

 

Would imagine that if head+hair would be possible to port as "helmets", fitting them to all armours is next to impossible, but same armour as the NPCs had would be, at least, somewhat doable i guess.
