Uninstalled mod still there...

First, I just tried to post this and the "Post New Topic" button glitched, just refreshing the text box, deleting all my text. So if the thread pops up later, I apologize for the double post.

 

Now, about my issue...

 

A while ago, i used Nexus Mod Manager to install the Tera armor pack. Recently, I used it to uninstall the mod. However, the mod is still in the game. I did a manual file check and all the files from that mod, are indeed, gone. No Meshes, no Textures, no .esm or .esp files. However, I'm still getting the armor in drops and I can craft them. However, when I equip them, that part of the body vanishes.

 

Any ideas how to clean this up? I have a lot of mods, and I'd hate to have to reinstall all of them for the sake of one mod.
