Problem with the settler v82 mod, construction set doesn't work..

I'm having a little trouble placing items using the construction set when using the settler v82 with patch. When i load something into the construction set and press the hotkey, the item doesn't appear. If i press it again, then it asks me if i want to place it. Help?

 

Also, I tried to talk to couple of wastelanders and it wouldn't open the dialogue, but the wastelanders that you find through PANDORA's box works fine.

I know how you feel on the whole :wallbash: part.

 

This is what you do. (We'll use a junk fence)

1. click on junk fence in your inventroy window

2. stop looking at your pipboy

3. when it said junk fence loaded go into your pipboy

4. click on construction and place the object/and or stand in the area you want it to spawn at

5. follow menues.

 

 

*If any item wears off before you use a construction set it won't work and then it can be hell getting back to normal sometimes. As well if you try to place a fence it may all of a sudden start scooting away from you, place it ASAP then just pick it back up and replace going through step 1-5. If you have the garbage can set up any wastelander will do, the ones the PANDORA spawns are the same you encounter in the waste.

 

Your hotkeys may also be messing it up but I have no clue since I have no idea how to create FOSE hotkeys even though I have it. haha :wallbash:
