Tadellas
Ahoy! I can't find the Textures folder in my Data. Here's a screen. http://i40.tinypic.com/2j29snq.png It used to be easy when I was playing Oblivion, there was a textures folder so I would just copy the new textures in it. :/ I did notice the textures are under Fallout - Textures.bsa which you can see on the screen. Here comes my question, would it work if I extracted the Fallout - Textures.bsa and copied textures folder into the Data folder, then delete the Fallout - Textures.bsa ? It's a female dog to install new texture mods like this. I'll appreciate any help. Avast!
Tadellas
Nevermind, I got this to work. I extracted the Textures folder in Fallout - Textures.bsa and moved Fallout - Textures.bsa, then installed the mod in the textures folder I unpacked. Then I copied it in Fallout 3/Data directory and it worked!
Smosh
Or you could have just made a textures folder. You don't need to extract the bsa at all.
KottonKing
Or you could just use FOMM by timeslip. http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=
